  • Total Capital Expenditures for Rehab

  • Cash on Cash Projections

  • Cash Flow Projections

  • Long Term appreciation potential

  • Net Present Value

  • After Repair Value

  • Internal Rate of Return

Additionally we look for three Paydays on our investments:

  • Initial down payments and fees

  • Ongoing cash flow

  • Cash out equity following sustained appreciation of the asset
