Utilizing GoogleDocs and DropBox our team is up to date on all schedules and current bottlenecks. Stakeholders also can deliver documents to each other just as easily. Quotes, estimates, required documents etc., can all be accessed instantly. Digital signatures and expedited timelines can cut down on project delays.
MPG will deliver a flip or hold investment within 90 days. Once available the house will be marketed to be sold or leased.
